The foundation puts moral values at the highest in fundamentals and implementation of policies, which are the guidelines set for decision-making to achieve rational and achieve meaningful results.
Every year the strategic partners will categorically file a report on utilization of the funds for the purpose allocated, prepared under the guidance of the administrative body of Vikramshila Foundation.
Any proposed program will be checked with the Foundation’s charter towards its financial, operational, and economic viability before implementation. A detailed schedule of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controlling, and coordinating the various activities has already been set. All performances will be timely evaluated and deviations will be controlled to ensure expected results are achieved.
A wide range of programs will help the underprivileged to stand independently, be it physically, financially, emotionally or spiritually. These programs are designed in close co-operation with the local and national government to ensure their sustainability, which will also be time-bound to ensure their progress.
All stakeholders at Vikramshila Foundation, including the non-profit partners and their employees, will be empowered to raise any concerns regarding any misconduct, which may be unlawful behaviour or cases of corruption. Bribery, harassment, fraudulent practices, criminal act, or violation of any principle of Vikramshila Foundation will be regarded as a matter of serious concern. Any information regarding the person raising the concern will be kept strictly confidential and he/ she will never be put at a disadvantage at any point of time.
The Foundation will provide a Hot Line to address various serious issues, supported by the policy of “Freedom of Speech”. The Hot Line will be a 24/7 open line with a vision to fulfill its goals of total unbiased support when called for.
